tosiusbA single-vineyard Verdicchio that astonishes for the perfect symbiosis of tradition and innovation. The lees contact give ‘Tosius’ its fine structure, elegance and ageing potential. The name derives from Tosius, ancient Bishop of Belvedere Ostrense.

  • Food tips: White meats, fish, shellfish
  • Consume: Excellent in the first two years but has  a good ageing potential.

Our ‘Castello di Ramosceto’  is a Superior wine, produced from the native Lacrima grapes grown in the small production area. It is produced in limited quantities.

  • Food tips: Salami, Ham, soft cheese and meats with delicate sauces.
  • Consume: up to 4-5 years after bottling

Our ‘Ramosceto’  is produced from the native Lacrima grapes grown in the small production area , north of the Esino river and including six municipalities, among which Belvedere Ostrense.

The name derives from ‘Tregaso’, an ancient church of Belvedere Ostrense.
